Nicolas Richter
Computer Science Student
Focused on backend development, DevOps, and distributed systems.
About Me
I'm a sixth-semester B.Sc. Mobile Computing student at Hof University of Applied Sciences, specializing in backend engineering and DevOps.
My focus areas are distributed systems, scalable API design, and infrastructure automation. I build with TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, and deploy using Docker on self-hosted Linux servers.
I practice Agile development with Scrum in my university projects — organizing sprints, running retrospectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams of up to 9 people.
Currently seeking a Praxissemester (internship) in backend, DevOps, or distributed systems — ideally transitioning into my Bachelor's thesis.
